The cylinder liners manufactures by us are cast by centrifugal process. We have developed comprehensive machining facilities which include use of CNC and centerless grinding machines. The final honing operation of cylinder liner and cylinder sleeve is done by Chris Marine Honing Machines which provide accurate cross hatch angle, correct taper, plateau honing.
