RA Power Solutions understands the need for manufacturing high-quality cylinder liners with our experience of more than four decades of extending maintenance and overhaul services to diesel power plants all over the world. We understand the various technicalities involved in the manufacturing of cylinder liners.
The cylinder liners and cylinder sleeves are manufactured by the centrifugal process, and they are subject to inspection for pitting, blow holes, and cracks at every stage of manufacturing, right from casting to rough machining and honing.

The in-house machining facilities for cylinder liners help us in maintaining all the dimensions strictly as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. All the cylinder liners and cylinder sleeves manufactured for four-stroke and two-stroke engines have the correct liner surface, which helps to maintain a constant oil film on the liner wall, protecting it from wear and corrosion. We manufacture & export cylinder liners up to the bore size of 1500 mm all over the world.
RA Power Solutions is an ISO-certified company. We stand to guarantee the long life and satisfactory performance of the cylinder liners. We are specialists in the development of cylinder liners as per the sample. Here we also provide it at a low price & supply small quantities as well. At RA Power, we regularly supply cylinder liners to shipping companies, pumping stations, diesel-electric power plants, engine repair workshops, and fertiliser industries across the world.

We manufacture cylinder liners for high-capacity engines like MAN, WARTSILA, CAT 3616, RUSTON, MIRRLEES, B&W, DEUTZ, CUMMINS, MAK, ALCO, CREPELLE, WARTSILA 6 L 20, CKD SKODA and many more.
If you have any queries related to cylinder liners repair of the high-capacity engine, cylinder sleeves manufacturer, Cylinder Liner Manufacturer and Repair, Ruston cylinder liner manufacturer, or main engine liner, please email us at rajshahani@rapowersolutions.com, or info@rapowersolutions.com, or call us at +91 9582647131 or +91 9810012383.
A cylinder liner is a replaceable cylindrical sleeve fitted inside the engine block that provides a smooth, heat-resistant surface where pistons move. It protects the engine block, ensures proper sealing and combustion, provides lubrication, and transfers heat, all critical to efficient engine performance.
Liners show the need for inspection, repair, or replacement when they develop scoring, wear, ovality, or tapering. Corrosion or pitting also signals a problem. Cracks, excessive oil consumption, and loss of compression indicate that the liner needs attention.
We offer centrifugal-cast liners, precision machining, honing, custom liner production per client drawings or samples, reconditioned and re-honed liners, and export to global clients, including shipping companies, power plants, pumping stations, and workshops.
Our standard manufacturing range covers bore sizes up to 700 mm (length up to ~1200–1500 mm), and we also handle custom and larger sizes up to 1500 mm bore for special applications.
Yes. We supply reconditioned cylinder liners that undergo careful inspection (crack detection, crack-testing), re-honing, and surface finishing to restore geometry and oil-retaining surface properties.
